Weather and snow conditions are beyond our control and can vary throughout the season. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend checking the latest snow reports and trail status directly from Whitefish Mountain Resort.

Most of our properties are not pet-friendly due to HOA regulations and individual homeowner preferences. If a home allows pets, this will be clearly stated in the Description and/or Amenities section of the listing.

Please note that all pet-friendly homes may have specific restrictions and non-refundable fees. All pets must be pre-approved prior to confirming a reservation.

If a pet is found in a non–pet-friendly property, additional fees will apply. For questions about pet-friendly homes, please contact our reservation team directly.

Reservations canceled more than 60 days prior to check-in are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the initial payment. Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

For reservations booked more than 60 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged 60 days prior to arrival using the same payment method.

Reservations made within 60 days of check-in require full payment at the time of booking. Bookings made through third-party platforms follow the policies of the respective provider.
