MAIN SECTION
Picture this: you've spent the day chasing waterfalls and mountain goats through Glacier National Park, and now you're easing into your own private hot tub as the peaks turn pink at dusk. Inside, the game room already echoes with laughter over pinball and shuffleboard. This handcrafted 2BR mountain condo sits minutes from the park's west entrance — where the adventure ends and the real relaxing begins.
ABOUT THIS SPACE
You won't find a place stocked this well this close to Glacier National Park — anywhere in the Flathead Valley. This brand-new luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has handmade wood finishes, vaulted ceilings, and a spiral wood staircase for a mountain-lodge feel. It sleeps 6 across two king bedrooms plus a queen sofa sleeper in the loft.
The main floor opens into a great room — vaulted wood-plank ceilings, oversized windows framing the mountains, and a kitchen island with four leather stools where everyone gathers. The kitchen is fully loaded: stainless appliances, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, French press, and a Keurig, plus cooking basics and BBQ utensils for a real dinner.
The main-floor bedroom has a comfy king bed and mountain views, with its own full bathroom down the hall. The showstopper is the game room: heated floors under Star Wars pinball, NFL Blitz, Mortal Kombat, Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga, Pop-A-Shot, and a full shuffleboard table.
Up the spiral staircase, the master suite has a king bed, a sitting nook, and French doors opening onto your own deck with mountain views, plus a coffee bar for sunrise coffee. The master bathroom has a double vanity and glass-enclosed tiled shower. A loft with a queen sofa sleeper adds flexible sleeping space.
Outside: a private hot tub, a stone fire pit for evening s'mores, and a covered patio with outdoor dining and a BBQ grill. Radiant and central heating with A/C, room-darkening shades, and a full washer/dryer let you pack light. This end unit means extra privacy — guests call it one of the quietest options near the park.
WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR
Adventure-seeking families: A game room, hot tub, and two king bedrooms plus a loft sleeper make this condo built for families who hike hard all day and want a proper place to unwind.
Couples on a mountain getaway: The private master suite, with its own deck, coffee bar, and views, is a romantic basecamp after exploring Glacier together.
Groups of friends: Six friends splitting a Glacier trip will find the game room, fire pit, and open great room ideal for hangouts.
Multi-generational reunions: Grandparents and kids each get their own space — main floor bedroom for those skipping stairs, top-floor master for a retreat.
Remote-working adventurers: Reliable WiFi and heated floors make this a solid basecamp for a workcation.
PARKING
Free parking is available on the premises, with a dedicated space right at the building — no permits or street parking to worry about. The lot comfortably fits full-size trucks and SUVs, common gear for a Glacier trip. There is no EV charging station on site, so plan to charge in Columbia Falls or Kalispell if driving electric.
HOUSE RULES
We want your stay to feel like your own mountain home, with a few rules to keep it that way for the next guest. No smoking of any kind inside or on the decks/patios; violations carry a $750 ozone fee. Checkout is 10:00 AM — late checkouts are billed at $100 per 25-minute increment past that time. We welcome one well-behaved, low-shedding dog for a $200 pet fee; dogs must be crated when left alone and aren't allowed on furniture, and no cats or other animals allowed. Treat the condo like your own — you're responsible for broken or misplaced items.
The hot tub has its own rules: 18+ to enter, shower first, no glass near the tub, and no lifeguard on duty. No sunscreen or lotions on skin when entering — residue forces a drain and clean, at a $250 charge. Please turn off lights and clip the cover back on when finished
